He has been garnering praise from all corners for his efforts. Recently, a Twitter user said that the Simmba actor is the next Amitabh Bachchan of Bollywood and his humble reply won over the internet. The fan wrote, "Jab sab theek ho jayega, uske baad appko har Sunday shoot se chutti leni padegi. Log apse milne aenge. Jo log ghumne ayenge wo puchenge ki Sonu Sood ka ghar kahan hain.
