Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna are celebrating their 18th years of togetherness today. The couple also had a pre-bash last night and they went on a dinner date with their close friends including Bobby Deol. For the dinner date, Twinkle wore a golden short skirt with a white shirt. Meanwhile, Akshay donned a black t-shirt with military coloured pant.
