Former CBFC cheif and director Pahlaj Nihalani moves the Bombay High Court after Prasoon Joshi led censor board ordered 20 cuts in his Govinda starrer production venture Rangeela Raja. Nihalani called the cuts unjustified and asked for the sacking of Joshi.
