Even after Madras High Court's order of blocking 12,000 websites to stop online theft of Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth's much-awaited film, 2.0, it got leaked online just a few hours after release. Directed by S. Shankar and made under the budget of INR 535 crores, it was very important for the film to raise a good box-office collection to recover the amount invested and now that the film is leaked online, it will definitely affect the numbers. Earlier, the makers of the film had approached Madras High Court in order to protect the film from piracy, especially from a website called TamilRockers.
