The actor, who is basking in the success of his recent released Simmba will next be seen as a rapper from a slum area of Mumbai. The Zoya Akhtar directorial Gully Boy also stars Kalki Koechlin and Alia Bhatt in pivotal roles. The makers of the film dropped a surprise teaser today announcing the release date of the trailer. The one and a half minute video begins with Ranveer rapping as beatboxing sounds play in the background.
