Salman Khan under his home production banner SKF, is introducing two fresh faces to the industry. Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal, who are playing the leads in this romantic drama Notebook are debuting in Bollywood. While Pranutan is the granddaughter of veteran actress Nutan, newbie actor Zaheer Iqbal is not related to anyone in Bollywood. He is Salman Khan’s childhood friend’s son. Talking about Notebook trailer, the film is about two star-crossed lovers who have never met each other, yet love each other by the means of a notebook. They are stationed in a sparsely-populated town of Kashmir, but they never met each other.
